Your Data and Privacy
Guardian-CORR sees the destinations your devices contact — and we treat that as sensitive. Here's exactly what's stored, what's never collected, and who can see it.
What we store
Your household settings, profiles, and rules; the gateway's device inventory; blocked-event records (domain, category, device, profile, time) that power your activity log; and operational data like heartbeats and firmware versions that keep the hardware healthy. Account data is limited to your email, name, and household role.
What we don't collect
We don't read message contents, we don't record browsing of allowed sites, and we don't build profiles of your family for advertising. Filtering decisions are made against category rules at the gateway — the system's job is to stop destinations, not to watch people.
Who can see it
- You: the parents and members of your household, in the portal.
- Your kids, partially: they can see the blocked page and their own requests, not the household's logs or other profiles.
- Us: our support team can see operational health data when you ask for help; we don't browse household activity, and activity records are yours to manage, not ours.
Your controls
Parents can delete events, remove devices and profiles, and export or reset household data from the portal. Deleting a profile removes its records from active use. If you ever have a question about a specific data practice, contact us — we'd rather answer precisely than have you guess.
